Return Policy:
 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
 
To initiate a return, please contact us within the specified timeframe. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number along with return shipping instructions. Please note that returns should not be sent before receiving the Return Authorization.
 
Products must be returned in undamaged, unopened, and resalable condition. Partially opened products cannot be returned. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective product or incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is not a result of our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and potentially a restocking fee.
 
Shipping Policy:
 
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order date, Monday through Friday.
 
We may select carriers from UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders to your doorstep. Once your order has been shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can easily monitor its progress. If you've provided an email address during checkout, we'll also send the tracking information directly to your inbox for added convenience.
 
Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your products, the size of the packaging, and your location. Before finalizing your purchase, you'll see the expected shipping cost, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel your order if you disagree with the charges.
 
Please note that free shipping promotions apply to ground freight within the Continental United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, as well as certain island or rural addresses, may incur additional freight charges.
 
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only. For Canadian orders, please contact us directly via phone at 888-363-2628 or email at eComSales@uccoatings.com to place your order. Unfortunately, Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
 
If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you promptly and offer the option to ship a partial order or wait until all items are available before shipping.
