Warranty | U-C COATINGS

U‑C Coatings, LLC warrants our products for a period of thirty (30) days from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the packaging label. If the product is determined by U‑C Coatings, LLC to be defective, U‑C Coatings, LLC, at its sole option, shall either replace the product or refund the purchase price.

U‑C Coatings, LLC makes every effort to maintain uniformity in our products from shipment to shipment. However: (1) wood and material behavior can be different from species to species or compound to compound, and will change due to weather, temperature, and other environmental factors; and (2) the duration and appearance of performance may vary depending on the age, condition, and porosity of the surface, preparation of the substrate, application method, and exposure conditions. U‑C Coatings, LLC has no control over how and when our products are used; therefore, U‑C Coatings, LLC cannot guarantee product effectiveness for any particular application or service life.

U‑C Coatings, LLC shall not have liability for any other damages of any kind, including without limitation labor or installation costs, removal or re‑application costs, or any direct, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to any defect in our products or their use.

U‑C Coatings, LLC does not warranty any products identified as obsolete or substandard, which are sold “AS IS WHERE IS.”

U‑C Coatings, LLC’s obligations, liability, and warranties are limited exclusively to those set forth in this written warranty and cannot be modified or extended by any manufacturer’s representatives, distributors, dealers, or any other third parties offering or selling U‑C Coatings, LLC products.
