Warranty | U-C COATINGS

U-C Coatings, LLC makes every effort to maintain uniformity in our products from shipment to shipment. However: (1) wood and material behavior can be different from species to species or compound to compound, and will change due to weather, temperature, and other environmental factors. (2) U-C Coatings, LLC has no control over how and when our products are used. Therefore, U-C Coatings, LLC cannot guarantee product effectiveness. U-C Coatings, LLC warrants our products for a period of thirty (30) days from date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the packaging label. If the product is defective, U-C Coatings, LLC at our sole option shall replace the product or refund the purchase price. U-C Coatings, LLC shall not have liability for any other damages of any kind, whether direct, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise for any defect in our products.

U-C Coatings, LLC does not warranty any products identified as obsolete or substandard, which are sold “AS IS WHERE IS.”
