Abatron, Inc. was founded in 1959 by John Caporaso. For decades, the family-owned business specialized in the research, formulation and manufacturing of epoxy compounds and other related products. In the early 1980's the company developed LiquidWood and WoodEpox, which would become the cornerstone products of a wide line of restoration-focused repair materials. Acquired by U-C Coatings, LLC in 2021, the ABATRON brand continues to consist of high-quality restoration products for wood, concrete, metal, plaster and more. Our most popular products are sold throughout the USA and Canada by some of the most reputable paint and hardware retailers.
