SEAL-ONCE® combines a water-based, ultra-low VOC coating with high performance and ease of application, providing a safe and eco-friendly option for outdoor maintenance. APPLICATIONS

  • Apply only at temperatures above 45 degrees F and below 95 degrees F.
  • Do not apply in rain or when rain is expected within 6-8 hours.
  • Shake or stir well before using.
  • Use a garden pump sprayer to apply.
  • Apply enough Stay Clean® until it starts to run
    (flood coat).
  • Make sure all cracks and crevices are well coated.
  • Surface may be used or walked on after 6-8 hours (depending on temperature and humidity).

PRODUCT DETAILS

All surfaces should be cleaned before sealing for
best penetration and performance. Remove all old
coatings, dust, debris and loose material. Remove
oil, grease, algae, grime and mildew stains with
appropriate cleaners. Recommend SEAL-ONCE®
Multi-Purpose Cleaner.
