Its gel consistency clings to vertical surfaces without running or sagging, absorbing the coating material for clean, controlled removal. It won't raise wood grain, leaves no caustic residue, and cleans up with water. Non-caustic, non-flammable, and biodegradable, it is safe to use indoors and outdoors on most rigid surfaces.
