Stay Clean contains a moss, mold and algae inhibitor that protects the film it forms on substrates from microbes. The water-based acrylic binder chemistry will adhere to most porous surfaces.
It is delivered in a 5-Gallon concentrated form and is easy to dilute, mix, and apply to cover up to 4,000 sq. ft. of surface area.
